The Process

When we meet, we’ll gather as much info as needed from the client and what the goals are;

Key questions:

• Is it an existing building or a new building?
• In what County jurisdiction is it going to be located?
• Is it for a board review or for a building permit?
• What will be the indented use?
• What are the typical spatial requirements?

After as much info as possible is gathered, we’ll visit the site; Get measurements, and draw some sketches for review, keeping in mind budget, building codes and zoning.
We’ll take care of everything Including permits and inspections. We are one source for design and construction.
